Class Payment and Refund Policies

Registration

You may reserve space in a class by paying a deposit of at least 50% of the course fee. Payment in full for the class must be received before the class begins.

Course fees are listed with the course descriptions.

Payment

We accept payment by check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Checks should be made payable to: Polymath Business Systems. A purchase order is not an acceptable form of payment.

Refunds

If you cancel your reservation more than one week in advance of the class date, your deposit will be refunded to you.

If you cancel your reservation less than one week in advance of the class date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded or you may apply the entire deposit to another class within 60 days of the cancelled class.

If you simply do not attend a class, your deposit is forfeit.

Cancellations

Polymath Business Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. If we must cancel a class, any monies you have paid us in advance will be refunded. We are not liable for any funds other than those directly paid to us. We are specifically not liable for any travel expenses or lost reservations due to a cancellation. Non-emergency cancellations will be announced in sufficient time for you to recover most travel reservation expenses.
